OUR STORY
2016
Our story begins
We acquire the first four apartments.
2017
Acquired the most expensive apartment
In April we acquired the most expensive apartment at that time on the market, which in November became the most successful apartment on the market. This also led us to specialize in luxury large apartments.
2020
Covid
We make it life through Covid and suprisingly we were the only one in our segment to generate a profit and we didn't have to let any investors into the company.
2023
The number of employees is more than 40 people
…so we are a World class company.
2024
Value of managed portfolio: CZK 3.2–3.5 billion
We are a stable company on the market.
